Terms & Conditions

  • All services must be paid for in advance.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your account topped up with sufficient credit to pay for the services you require.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services provided to you where your account is in arrears or where there is not enough credit to pay for required services.

  • We will make every effort to provide you with an efficient service, but will not be held liable for any losses.

  • Our services are available Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, excluding public holidays and days falling between Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

  • You must collect your post, faxes and messages promptly. Items not collected within one month of delivery may be disposed of.

  • We provide an open-plan space for office use and you agree to respect the privacy and convenience of others using that space at all times.

  • It is your responsibility to provide adequate storage facilities for your electronic files and data when using our computers. Information stored on our PCs may be deleted.

  • Visitors are not permitted unless they are attending a meeting or other event for which a meeting room has been booked.

  • You are liable for damage caused by your actions or actions of your visitors to our property or premises.

  • Smoking is not permitted on our premises.

  • We respect your privacy and will not pass your name onto any third parties unless required to do so by law.

  • We require 1 calendar month’s notice should you wish to terminate services provided to you. After this notice period has expired any amounts owed to you will be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services provided to you where you are conducting inappropriate or unlawful activities, or if you or individuals associated with your business are rude or disrespectful to staff or other parties on our premises.
