  1. Do I have to be a registered business to use your services?
    No.
  2. Do I have to subscribe to a minimum usage?
    No. You can use as little or as much of our services as you want.
  3. What are your opening hours?
    9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  4. Do you charge set up or exit fees?
    No.
  5. How do I pay for services?
    By credit or debit card. Payments are made directly from our web siteby adding credits to your account.You can add as much or as little as you like, and you can add the credit whenever you like. Please ensure though that you have enough credit in your account to use the services you require.
  6. Can I keep track of the services I use?
    We will send you a statement every 3 months to show you the services you have used and paid for.
  7. How soon can I start to use your services?
    We will contact you as soon as we receive your Service Agreement and initial payment to tell you that you may begin. Service is normally available within 1 working day of receiving your initial payment.
  8. Can I book a desk in advance?
    Yes, as we will not be able to provide you with a desk if this service is not paid for in advance.
  9. Will I be able to make telephone calls from the Business Hub.
    Yes, we will set you up with a telephone account and number (using Internet telephony or Voice over Internet Protocol) if required. Call charges are less than standard BT charges and there are no line rental or contract fees.
  10. Can I send faxes?
    Yes, we will help you to set up with a fax system which uses your email application. There are no contracts or set up fees and prices start from around £0.07 pence per page. 
  11. Can I receive faxes?
    Yes, there is a charge of £1.50 per month for unlimited incoming faxes.
  12. How many people can your meeting rooms hold?
    Our small meeting room can accommodate up to 8 people. Our larger room can hold up to 20 people.
  13. Are refreshments available?
    Tea, coffee and water are available free of charge.
  14. Can you provide further details on your website service?
    If you would like to obtain your own website one of our web designers will contact you to agree exact details. They will also be happy to show you examples of the work they have carried out and the styles and choices that will be available to you. Our price includes a website of up to 5 pages with a domain name and hosting for one year. You are responsible for providing the content. We will be happy to supply you with an individual quote for any variations from our set offer.
  15. Is car parking available?
    Yes, we have free, but limited car parking.
